Hawthorne Systems is a UK-based software company. We build AI-powered products for service businesses , tools that handle the operational work that usually falls through the cracks: unanswered calls, slow follow-up, disorganised leads, and content that never gets created.
We built four products: VoiceFlow for call handling, MarketFlow for lead automation, DecisionFlow for strategic planning, and MediaFlow for AI content creation. Each is a standalone product, built to solve one specific problem, independently.

Jason is the founder and lead architect of Hawthorne Systems. He designed and built VoiceFlow, MarketFlow, DecisionFlow, and MediaFlow, four AI products for UK service businesses, each one tackling a distinct operational problem.
